import users issue

have imported some users via the .csv import.
The list is only about 190 people, but i split it in two anyway.

the lists seem to import just fine ( no errors ), but when i look at the user list, i see some of the user's names, then just ..., ..., ..., ..., ... on new lines.
like so:

firstname  last name  (a real user name) then
...
...
...
...
...
...

what does this mean?  Have i reached some display limit on the number of displayable names??
i hope not, or user and group management will really become a pain.

i hope this is an error on my part.

this is using connect 8.

Check your debug.log. It will show more detail. Do your users get imported?  If so I wouldn't worry too much :)

At times the users list display has this issue. Even I ran into same problem once. But the users do get imported. You can search for users randomly and they should get listed.

matt -- i'll check the debug log and see if it sheds any light.
purnima & matt -- the users get imported.  the issue is the interface.  if this is a bug, it needs to be fixed.  the display of ..., ..., ... isn't helpful for adding to, creating, etc... and generally working w/ users.

i can run an api call to verify that all users are in the system, but not everyone can/will do this.

any idea about why this happens and how to avoid or fix it??
