problem playing file in FireFox 3.6.12

After publishing a file created in Captivate 5 to Connect Pro 7.5, the file won't play in FireFox 3.6.12.  The file attempts to load and if it opens in a new window it says done at bottom of browser window.  If I open in a new browser tab it says stopped at bottom of browser window.

The file plays fine in Internet Explorer
