Where do I get started?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I am a webinar facilitator using Adobe Connect.  I am very interested in learning how to build my own applications to be used within Connect like interactive games and such.  Where would I get started?

Is anyone aware of a training program anywhere or a good set of tutorials?

You can start by visiting http://www.adobe.com/devnet/adobeconnect.html.
It has the Collaboration Builder SDK required for developing custom applications and document explaining that.
