Forced recordings - edit recording problem

Hi,
I'm running Adobe Connect pro 7.5 - on premise., and i,m using the forced recordings option:
Always record all meetings (on) with Publish recording links in meeting folders checked.With this setup I'm experiencing the following issue:
When a meeting host logs in and tries to edit the recording of his own meeting ,on the edit recording screen he makes a crop and than when clicking on save ,he is redirected to a access denied page
(You do not have permission to access this item.) , although the edit works and the video will be changed.

for clarification the url before saving the modifications:
acpserver/l68922117/?launcher=false&fcsContent=true&pbMode=edit

and the url after clicking on save:
acpserver/p21596384/?pbMode=edit
I believe this is the edit for the forced recording, and only admins have access to forced recordings.

Any of you encountered this problem? is it a bug in ACP or what?

Please help if you have any info on the issue.
