Quiz results fail to post

Hi all,

I am new to Captivate and still finding my way around it.

I am creating a quiz on a trial version of Captivate 5.0 Everything runs ok except when you  attempt to post the results at the end of the quiz. It refuses to send any data and continually tries to sign in. I have checked my Adobe ID and password are correct and can see from the Captivate Quiz Results Analyzer that my project is there (Organization, department and course) but no data when I click genetrate report.

I have Norton 360 running and have temporarily disabled it in case the firwall was blocking it without any luck.

Any help would be appreciated

In addition to my last post I am using IE 8 and Windows 7

did you get an answer i am having the same problem. maybe security of flash?
