Making Captivate Quiz 508 Compliant?

Is there a way to make a quiz in Captivate 508 compliant (accessible for those with disabilities following Federal Government standards)?  Even the usual "Accessibility" tabs for Captivate pages do not appear on individual quiz questions.  How to make it work?
