Can one customize the "reset password" email

Hi Connect users,
Can one costomize the "reset password" email?

Currently, it has the following line within the email and I would like to change it.

I found where to customize the email.

breeze\appserv\apps\lang\<lang>.xml

Now, is there a way to change the FROM email address? It is currently using the System Email as the FROM. How do I get it to use the Support Email address within the Server settings?

You would have to change your system email adderss to change the FROM

I am having the same problems but I copied and pasted that link into the browser and it was unable to display the page. We have had the email set this way for over a year and the message needs to be changed. This was created before my time and what I have learned of Connect Pro is through trail and error but I can ever seem to find this email to change it. I have contacted Adobe over other problems and I still bring this issue up and they never have an answer to me. Please help!
