Error when inserting video

I am getting this error when trying to insert a video on a slide in Adobe Presenter 7.0.5 ...

"Could not create the Video file.
Please check for sufficient disc space/privileges"

This same PC has been publishing hundreds of presenter files just fine until now, and this is the only file it is running into issues with.  Has anyone seen this before?  If so, what have you done for a workaround/fix?

The PC has more than 20GB of empty disc space and is running as the administrator user, and we have even tried this on multiple PCs, all with the same result.  The video was also converted into a myriad of formats prior to inserting to see if that was an issue, but we still get the same result.

So I'm fairly stumped.  Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance, and no suggestion is too crazy or out there at this point.

Re: Error when inserting video

Just came across this error yesterday.   We thought the Powerpoint file was corrupted but we could successfully insert the video into a new pptx presentation.   Afterwards we figured out that the problem was caused by the video file having special characters in the name.   Renamed the video file and it inserted and the error went away.
