Connect Pro Mobile works with Premiere Global Services?

Hi,

I use Premiere Global Services which uses Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro.

The URL which i use for participants is in the form of:

https://mycompany.pgiconnect.com/username

When i entered "mycompany.pgiconnect.com/username" into Connect Pro Mobile it complaints that the URL/meeting room does not exist...

Any one could comment if its meant to work?

thanks!

I believe you need to put /meetingroomname not /username

Yes I am using the meeting number - the exact URL which I use in a browser is used here - but unfortunately doesn't work.

Note that when I visit the Premiere URL on my browser I need to choose join as partcipant or host before Connect Pro launches.

Make sure you dont have the compliance notification setup on your account?  Connect Mobile won't understand that feature.

I agree. At first I failed to toggle the compliance notification set up in may account. I was wondering why it didn't work as it should. I was at odds then.

Re: Connect Pro Mobile works with Premiere Global Services?

You might have solved this by now, but just in case, the "trick" that worked for us is that you need to add ?guestname=<name>
to the URL. E.g. with your sample URL earlier, that could look like
https://mycompany.pgiconnect.com/userna … artin_iPad

with that addition the meeting room gets found and you can logon to the meeting.
