Audio volume control with Universal Voice

Hi,

We were upgraded to ACP v7.5 last weekend and so far so good.

We have set up our 3rd party teleconference source as Audio Provider and testing Universal Voice. If a presenter is talking to the phone handset, voice comes pretty clear. However, if a presenter is using a headset, the volume comes pretty low.

We couldn't find a workaround to adjust volume level with Universal Voice. 

Any suggestions?

My experience with using teleconferencing as your audio source is not great. The quality of everyone's phone can vary widely -- and a cheap phone headset can make a good phone sound terrible.

We get better results with VOiP headsets, even with occasional latency problems.

I know that doesn't answer your question, Erhan, but I thought I'd mention it! :)
