On2 vp6

Hello,

A while back, the advice was to use Sorenson Spark compression for flv's rather than the better On2 VP6.  Is this still the case or can we now use it?

If the advice is still to use the older compression, what are the problems in using On2 VP6 instead? Does it cause a high level of stuttering / sync issues, are these present for eveyone?
