Pods- Q & A pod

Since upgrading to the new version I have noticed that if I go to pods, the question and answer pod has a check, but is greyed out.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks-

The checkmark is the indicator that the Pod is already open somewhere in the Meeting Room already, and only one instance of the Q&A Pod can be open at a time. Chances are that it's open in the Presenter Only Area.

In the Meeting Room itself, open the Presenter Only Area by clicking on the button (bottom right hand corner, just below the presentation area. It's the button on the right with the large square):

From there, you can move it to your desired location, or hide it and open a new on to link to a different Chat Pod.
