Revert a room layout after exiting?

Hi,

Is it possible to set a room up so that it reverts to the layout as specified in the template whenever the host leaves the room?  We want to set up a room that always looks the same whenever it is first opened.

Don't know any way for you to do what you want automatically. However, simply create a duplicate layout of the room the way  you want it to be when everyone leaves.  Use that layout as your template, since you can reproduce it when creating a new layout. Then, don't conduct your meeting in that layout.  Conduct it in another. When the meeting is over, delete all the layouts except for the template and you'll have it when you return. This is not as convenient as what you seek, but would probably take less than a minute to implement during, before and after meetings.
