How do I upgrade from Connect v. 7 to 7.5 on my licensed server?

Hi folks!  Could  you give me an idea  of where I can find a document that outlines how to upgrade from Connect v. 7 to v. 7.5?  I've searched the Adobe site and can only find release Notes and nothing in the forums on this.  I got my notification to download the software, etc. from Adobe, but there are no instructions.

On 11/3, I received an email with a coupon number from Adobe Volume Licensing. It instructed me to log into the Adobe Licensing Website where I was able to use the coupon to have the media shipped to me and to download 7.5 through Electronic Software Distribution.
