Upgrade inquiries

Hi,

We're looking forward to upgrade our plan and host our Connect Pro solution on our servers.  I can't find much infos on Adobe's site, so let me throw some questions in.

1. Does Adobe provide some paid hosting for people in need of "forced recordings"?
2. If not, what are the minimum requirements for our server in order to host Connect Pro?
3. We already have more than 80 000 users on our platform + trainings, contents etc... how will the migration process will be handled?
4. Is there pricing range somebody could give me?

1. No, force recordings are not available for hosted accounts.
2. System Requirements for Connect 7.5
3. Not very easily. I know of a user migration tool, but the content and trainings would have to be done manually. Also you would need to download and archive all reports that you have on your current account, as they would not translate to the new account.
4. Feel free to reach out to a reseller about this request, as they could get you the pricing you are looking for.
