Captivate 4 and Hot Spots

Is it possible to change the shape of a Hot Spot on a Question Slide?

I'm trying to create an interactive Venn Diagram and I need to be able to shape/free draw the hotspots.

Any suggestions/tips would be welcome.

Just square unfortunately. You could, if you have Flash, code up a hotspot pretty quickly that could be any shape you needed.
