Meeting Room Layouts

Is there anyway to remove the meeting room preset templates from the toolbar at the bottom of the meeting room? e.g Lobby/Presentation/ Questions & Answers.

I know these options only appear for Host/Presenters but is there anyway to control which room layout options appear on that toolbar for the Host?

I would like only one room template option to minimize any playing about of the room layout?

Create a room to be used as your new template.

Remove all the layouts you don't want, and rename the ones you do. Add additional layouts if desired and set the room up the way that you want future rooms to be.

Move that room into the Shared Templates folder. 

Now that room is a template room that can be used to create future rooms. Understand that there is nothing to stop a Host from changing their room once they create it, but this may resolve the "playing about" issue.
