"Cook-book" doc for Adobe Connect Pro Training: curriculums/courses?

I am trying to learn how to use Adobe Connect Pro Training to set up curriculums and courses.  I have been reading through the Adobe Connect Pro User Guide, as well as the help, and I have gone through some of the tutorials.  What I'm looking for now is more of a step-by-step approach (a cook-book) that shows how a training manager would go about setting up courses and curriculum, from start to finish, using practical examples.  Does anything like that exist?    I guess I'm looking for "Adobe Connect Pro Training for Dummies".

Barring that, how about training on these topics?  I've found this course from a company in Australia that looks like it covers exactly what I need: Fast Track To Connect Pro Training and Admin  http://www.webqem.com/training/connectt … aining.cfm   Unfortunately, I am in North Carolina and it is unlikely I can travel to Sydney for this training :(  Does anyone know of something similar in the US, or even better, and online class that covers these topics? 

How about any 'live' examples of using a curriculum to take courses using Adobe Connect Pro Training?  I have seen some things that use Adobe Connect Pro Meeting, but I specifically am interested in seeing a practical example of the curriculum feature in use.
