Re: no web browser option for meetings
Hi nik3com,
Adobe released Version 11.2 and with this release there was an important change to the room setting. With 11.2 there is the "application and browser interface settings" in the room configuration. It sound like your room is set to "classic view": This will force all attendees to join from Flash client in browser or from the classic desktop application. If the room is configured this way the HTML access isn't available any more. Switch the setting for the room to "standard view" instead and you will be able to join by modern browsers again.
For more details please refer to the section "How can you be ready" on https://www.adobe.com/products/adobecon … -html.html. There are more important considerations while choosing interface settings. See video or slide deck...

Re: no web browser option for meetings
Hi
our training sessions have hugely been affected by the transition to the "new" standard view with bugs, things were manageable with the classic view however some of our clients have deeply lockdown devices and cannot install the adobe connect app.
If anyone has found a way to use the Classic view in web view, it would be greatly appreciated

Re: no web browser option for meetings
Classic view in the browser is no longer possible as the Flash Player has been blocked from all browsers and Adobe pushed an update to it that prevents it from loading Flash content even if you did manage to hack getting it to work.
You can still do Classic view in the desktop app, but that is all.
