Difficulty reading modules published in PDF

I've been publishing my modules to PDF, with the idea of distributing them on memory sticks (anyone else doing that?).

For my part, it works fine. I can create the PDFs and play them back on my machine. However, when colleagues try to read them, I get mixed results. Chris on a Vista box - no problem; me at home on an HP Media Center with XP - no problem; two other folks using Dell laptop/XP, Toshiba laptop/Vista, Dell desktop/Vista, and a Mac all get this message from Adobe Reader:
"The file appears to use a new format that this version of Acrobat does not support. It may not open ordisplay correctly. Adobe recomments that you upgrade to the lasters version of our Acrobat products (link to Adobe Acrobat)."

Except of course, we are all running the latest version of Acrobat Reader.

Any ideas?

Re: Difficulty reading modules published in PDF

Turns out to be a version problem. The folks that couldn't read the PDF file were using an older version of Acrobat Reader. Upgrading to the current version (9.something) fixed the problem. Whew!
