Have good internet connect, but my speed on Adobe Connect isn't

https://puu.sh/H628a/800d8c60fa.png

I am using Adobe Connect for online classes and I missed out on like 60% of it because the audio kept cutting out for extended periods of time frequently. The test shows that my connection speed is "fair," which doesn't make sense since my internet speed is fast.

Here is my internet speed test result:

During the meeting, I lowered video settings to lowest quality which helps a bit but the meeting was still largely unintelligible to me.

Is there any reason that this is happening and is there a way to fix it?

Thanks for providing the screenshots - your internet speed is clearly not the issue. If you notice the choppiness particularly when a layout changes or slide changes, this probably isn't a bandwidth issue but rather a CPU constraint. The browser limits the HTML client to a single thread for managing everything, including audio. We've been working to optimize the audio stream for the past several releases and it has definitely improved - but the best way to get around these limitations is to use the Adobe Connect application instead of a browser.

You can find Windows/macOS apps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html
