Disable Flash Wrapper for PDFs? (Adobe Connect 11)

Hello all.

I'm still getting the "Either pdf is corrupted or pdfURL parameter is missing" message from uploaded PDFs. I find this message when I try to open the PDF directly from the URL for Viewing link.

This message is associated with PDFs that also have the message of "Unsupported Content" error message for PDFs loaded into an Adobe Connect 11 room.

Anyone else able to find a workaround or solution to this issue?

Regarding the 'Unsupported Content' message - I have seen this for PDF files that are password protected, include form fields, or include other more-advanced features. Support should be able to help you troubleshoot this error if you're able to share the file with them.
