An Old School User's Guide For Adobe Connect 11?

Frustrated trying to find answers about Adobe Connect. Is there an old school PDF User's Guide for Adobe Acrobat 11? Or is the user guide website our only option? https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/u … guide.html

I have a budding list of questions about filetypes, troubleshooting and Adobe Connect administrative options. Searching the Adobe Connect online user guide and Google searches haven't been giving me the answers that I need.

Adobe switched to the live doc option over a PDF years ago. I think the last PDF was for Connect 9, which may have many of the answers you are looking for, but take the info with a grain of salt.
