Connect 11 - Screen Share drops/Fails with Extreme Regularity
Wondering if any of you are seeing this.
Since we updated to 11, i have a handful of instructors who having almost total screen-share failure. They will share and then after a few seconds or a few minutes the sharing will fail and dump the instructor back to the share pod.
Each of them has been using Connect for a long time, and i have observed what they are doing. They are doing it right.
It worked perfect for them before the conversion.
I have had them test in HTML5 as well as classic.
I have had them uninstall and reinstall the application
I have had them run the troubleshooter
All yield the same result for these users.
Anyone else seeing this?
