mute/unmute audio in breakouts

I had participants muted automatically as they entered the meeting. When I put them into breakouts, I had problems unmuting them. Any suggestions?

Phone audio - Meeting One. I have that set up to automatically mute anyone as they join the meeting.

With MeetingOne it may be easiest to use their Click and Meet application to manage the muting/unmuting in the breakouts, but I'd reach out to their customer support to see if there is a better answer.

In my use of their bridge, the audio is automatically un-muted when you send people to breakout rooms, so there may be another setting on their end that can be enabled to allow that workflow.
