App-Server returned: code:no-access

"App-Server returned: code:no-access,
ERROR: App-Server did not return correctly!"

This is an error I am getting.  Please tell me if this error originates from my end or server end.

A company sent me an e-link and I have to go through connection tests.  The flash test is passed but then the server connection test is not passed.

Is there an estimated time when the diagnostic tool is getting updated? Just sent an invite out with to test the diagnostic link before the meeting. Audience is going to come back with error messages and confusion.. Can Adobe roll back the diagnostic widget temporarily until the issue is resolved?
