problem on when user install some tools !!!!

hii i have problem and happen to me many time ... when create meeting room or class room
and want see attendance screen , thy got message to install some control tools on first time then thy restart and enter meeting room a gain after finish install this tools  the problem is
i can see double of same name attendance "participant" and one of them tern be Presenter !! for example.

Johon is participant he got that message -- install--restart meeting room

when come a gain  i will find on attendance list
Johon " as presenter"
Johon2 " as participant and not active"!!!

that happen to me on many time , hope find solve of my problem .

This shouldnt be happening on the latest version of Connect.  Are you hosted or licensed?
