Updated Add-in, but still prompts to install; video/audio drops
Issue: Video/audio drops from host (or participant) during a meeting
Resolve: Install new add-in
Several weeks ago we were having an issue with the video/audio of the host dropping (lost connection) during a meeting at random times. We were able to resolve this issue by updating the outdated add-in.
However, since 9/9 Adobe Connect prompts for the add-in to be installed even though it already is AND we are having the initial problem of the video/audio dropping out from the host.
The computers are classroom presentation pc's on a citrix image with current adobe connect add-in installed and confirmed using Meeting Connection Test.
Anyone else experience this? Any ideas?
