Text-to-Speech

How would I learn Captivate text-to-speech to pronounce "Initiate" and "Assignee" correctly? Both technically and phonetic? Anyone?

First, spell Initiate and assignee phonetically. Then convert the text to speech. Then go back and spell them correctly.
