Get guest entry and exit time

Is there anyway to get a guest's entry and exit time? I found it the web service doc that it can only get the registered users' usage report.

If not possible in the web service, how about pulling data directly from the database? Which table shall I look at?

Go to your meeting room on the server. There is a link on the right that says "Reports". Click on that and the By User report will show who is a guest or a registered user (registered users will have something in the Email column, guests' will have a blank in that column), and when they joined and when they left.

There is also a little hyperlink on the top left that says "Report Filters" that will let you filter the report by a date range to help make the report more manageable.

The By Session report will give the same basic report, but doesn't indicate whether someone was a registered user or a guest, so there is a little interpretation in that report for your need.
