Breakout Rooms

Is there a way to assign students to breakout groups before the class starts?  I have a list of participant teams and want to put names in breakout rooms before class begins.  Or, do I have to wait till all have entered the classroom to assign them to breakout rooms?

They must be in the room.  You can't put them in breakout rooms before.
