Enable video pod video by default when entering a meeting

Is there a way to auto activate the video for a user when entering a meeting room?

(Not counting the default flash permission request)

You can't have it automatically turn on, but if you go to the Pod Options menu in the Attendee List, you can turn on Enhanced Participant Rights.  In the dialog, check the Camera and Voice pod option.  Doing this will make the button to start sharing video available for everyone.  if you put a note pod just below the button with instructions on how to start sharing video, this should be pretty seamless.
