Meeting Trial trouble with Templates
I've created a meeting template but when I create a new meeting with the template selected it is not applied to the new meeting. I can apply the AC templates (Meeting, Training) but not my own which is in the My Templates folder.
Amy I doing something wrong? Is this functionality just not available in the Trial version?

It is available in the trial version. Make sure the template you have created and want to apply to the new connect room is located in the shared templates folder. If it is, it will be available to use in the "select template" drop down window when you are creating the new connect room.
Are you aware that you can re-use rooms, too, and need not create additional rooms if you'd rather not? Rooms can be re-used over and over and over again. In fact, they can be used anytime, anywhere, any how.
