Can Presenter limit choices in rows & columns in quizzes or surveys?

Survey monkey offers a "forced ranking" option that allows only 1 choice per column, that also works with a matrix of choices that only allows 1 answer per row.

Survey monkey cannot capture the choices and plug them into subsequent questions, however.

Has anyone used Presenter to set up a survey that can limit choices in the rows & columns?

For this project I am working on, there are 15 rows, (product names) and 5 columns (ranking top 5 choices, 1 - 5). The idea is to capture the top 5 choices (out of the 15) and have Presenter provide them as choices for a subsequent question.

Does anyone know if this can be done in Presenter?
