synching a recorded flash video

Hi,

I have a custom flash player pod that I created.  During an Adobe Connect Pro meeting this flash player pod is playing a live stream from a Flash Media Server. This live FMS video stream is saved and upload to our CDN server.  When the Adobe Connect Pro recorded meeting is played back my custom flash player then uses the recorded flash stream that was uploaded on our server.

My question is how to synchronize the video during a archive playback of the Connect Pro meeting.  Is there a way to tell how long the Connect Pro meeting has been running so I can use that to sync the recorded flash video?  For example if the archive meeting has been running for 10 seconds I can do a seek ahead at 10 seconds on the recorded video.
