Anyone else having MAJOR issues getting through to the Support line?
I've called the 800-945-9120 number 5 times, each time being told that I had the wrong group for the licensed Connect. They then re-route me to the "right department" that then tells me I need to dial 800-945-9120, the same number I originally called!
I've been on hold for over 8 hours on 5 different calls. My reseller cannot even help me until I get a ticket number from Adobe support, which I cannot get until I get some one in the "right department".
What did we pay all that suipport contract money for exactly?

If your Connect Pro deployment is hosted On-Premise, you should call the Platinum Support line:
1-866-335-2256
While I'm not trying to sound too harsh, I'm surprised (and moreover bothered) that your reseller never informed you of step 1 for any support issues.

I will give that number a try.
I am surprised as well that my reseller didnt give me that heads up. We even talked about what number I was using.
