Uploading Flash File

I am trying to upload a flv file to Connect Pro Server (128 MB), but it does appear to be doing anything.  I see that a request is being sent to our Adobe account, it is loading, and the bar at the bottom right hand of the screen does nothing.  Can someone help with this?  Thanks!

If I remember correctly, I believe the per-file size limit is 100 MB. Can you condense it down by 20% and see if it works then?
