Recording Issue using PowerPoint with animation

We are using Connect as a hosted solution.  In the last few weeks PowerPoint presentations that have simple animation will not reproduce correctly within recordings. (I load them directly into the share pod.)  When I open the recording the slides very rapidly advance through all the animations until they reach the end.  All other features of recording work correctly - screen shares, etc.  Any ideas why this is happening?  (The same powerpoint used in a meeting several months ago did not have any issues in the recording produced then...)
