Hi people,

I have a problem, when any user login into de Adobe Connect 7 sp3 show this same error:

Is your Flash Media Server (FMS) service running?  What happens when you restart the service?

Do you get any errors in your Windows Event Viewer from FMS?  If so please paste and we can check it out a little better.

Looks like a license problem. 
Call support.  They will get your license refreshed.  After which re-apply the license and you should see that login error disappear.

Have you solved the problem? Because I have the same problem now and can't find the solution :)

Could You please reply if you solved the problem. I have sent email to adobe and i'm waiting for reply

Hi dmarusic,

How long ago did you send an email to Adobe? 
If you are getting the same error, I expect it is a license issue and should be solvable.
