Is there a limit to attendees for the trial Connect Pro?

Hello,

I am testing out Connect Pro and wanted to know if there is a limit to the number of attendees for a meeting?

Ben,

Look at the Admin tab of your trial account. You will see the licensing for the meeting there (you may have to scroll down a little).

Hmmmm....I see the following:

Meeting Peak Concurrent Users:   5   (Soft Limit:5)
Concurrent Users Per Meeting:   Unlimited       (Soft Limit:1000000000)

I'm a little confused, is it 5 or unlimited?

There is definitely a limit. Looks like 5 is it now.

Depending on what you want to accomplish with the trial, there are some ways to get around this. If you need to see how it supports more than 5 attendees, I would recommend that you contact your contact at the reseller or Adobe to try and get this expanded. When we trialed, we were able to get this increased to 15 because of what we were testing during the trial.

If you contact your Sales Rep, you can get the following:
Concurrent Users: 25
Concurrent Learners: 25
Administrators: 3

Thank you Fu_paladins and Jeff_at_RealEyes for the suggestions.  I will contact a sales rep, hoping to test it out with about 100 attendees.

WARNING!!  We had 15 concurrent users in our trial period.  We then purchased a hosted account. In conducting our first on line session (open to the public) we started getting phone calls in the office that people couldn't get into the meeting room.  We then learned, that all above 15 were excluded from the meeting.  So, if you purchase, be sure to verify Adobe has upped your limit.
