Logo Banner in top left of screen

I want to replace the banner in the top left of the screen to a new image but nothing will upload for me. I have it at the correct dimensions of 360 pixels by 50 pixels. I have tried all 4 formats with files sizes that range from 2kb to 50kb but nothing works. It keeps showing a broken link. Any ideas?

I'm having this issue as well. Not sure why.... is it due to being hosted instead of licensed?
