Volume control for .flv playback

When in a meeting I'd like to play a video (share pod) and still be able to chat with the participants during playback.
I want to control the playback volume from the video either manually or automatically when other participants speak.
How can this be achieved?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this that I know of outside of building a custom video player to bring into the meeting.

Rodney,  you would have to use Adobe Flash CS4 to add a mediaplayback component to your videos.  Might be worth it if it's only one video.  Could be time consuming if you have lots.  Hope that helps.
