How to ste up the collaboration builder up and running?

Hi,

I have been referring to all the documentation provided to install collaboration builder, I have installed the sync swf.mxp through extension manager. And then it asked me to install flash CS4 which I did After that I don't see the next steps working for me. I could not find the directory Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\
Macromedia\Flash version (Flash MX 2004 or Flash 8)\language\Configuration\
Components\Breeze Components\examples\

I could  drag and drop the BreezeSyncConnector to the flash file but could not proceed.
Is flash cs4 the right way to go? I expected collaboration builder to come up after installing it. I am totally confused and helpless at this point. Please If someone could guide me how exactly to get started. Highly appreciated!!
