Error Code When Removing Manager status

On the image below I keep on getting that error code when I try to remove the manager status from the user that is blurred out. The remove manager button will highlight and I can click it, but every time I click it the error code pops up. There is another manager that will be replacing this person. I can't delete the user because they will lose all of their accomplishments in their training courses. I am using Adobe Connect 7.

Donutman: can you check your debug.log right after the error message shows up and post what you find?

I am still new to Connect how do I check the debug.log? Thanks
