Compliance setting

How I can read if a compliance setting is enable or disable via XML API?

With "meeting-feature-update" I can enable/disable a feature of a meeting, but how I can see the state of a feature?

In Amministration interface (amministration-->Compliance and control) I have this possibility, and via XML API?
