I think you should use the group-membership-update action, changing the group the user belongs to.

Thanks for your reply.

We have checked the API documentation. The group membership update does not meet my need.

Our application automatically creates some rooms. Adds the participiants and hosts to the room.

We are using the rooms to meet the md doctors and patients. When the patient be a "participiant", he/she must to "request to talk". We dont want that.
