API calls faliing

After the upgrade to the adoe connnect system I am getting error messages from my coldfusion apps. Any cfhttp request is returning the conetent of the connect system status page.

No requests are made to this page, aslo the same URls used can be typed in a browser and the results is correct.

Which server(s) are you pointing at?  What version of Connect are you using?  Sample of an API request?

Hi Michael,

The problem was caused by an update in the IP address change for our domain in  the NA3 cluster. The local coldfusion servers were not pointing to the right IP and the old IP was just redirecting to the status page.

We were using connect 7, hosted and any API request such as http://domain.na3.acrobat.com/api/xml?a … ommon-info was causing a problem.

The solution was to flush the dns on the local cluster and then make a request wich would cache the proper IP.
