Problems with Premiere Unknown Dial-Ins not Showing in Attendee Lists

We have recently experienced a couple of meetings where callers to our Premiere line are not showing up in the Attendee List.  Yesterday we had 32 callers not show up in the list until half way through the meeting.  Made for a lot of difficulties. 

Curious if others have experienced this or if they have any suggestions as to why it might have happened?  We are in touch with Adobe Support on this.

Premiere Global was doing great up to recently. We've had several incidents of the following:

1. Unable to start audio conference (eventually works)

2. System does not call callers after they enter a  phone number

3. Phone icons remain ringing despite the fact that callers are connected (very distracting)

and with problem #3, we lose the ability to manage the callers' audio (muting for example).

Because we are still on Connect 6 (I am upgrading to 7 next week -- though I've been saying that for months :-( -- so I haven't bothered to complain. I assumed it was a problem with the connector but, based on your report, maybe there are infrastructure problems at PG.
