Chat app to capture live converstations from multiple classroms

Is anyone aware of an application that would capture and display live chat going on within multiple rooms and hosts to a single stream? We are looking to have one support person monitor customer issues and questions submitted via chat from multiple live presentations and I haven't seen anything like this yet. Any ideas would be appreciated.
