Mic works in test but does not in real session

We used this site to test and everything works fine.

https://webjunctionillinois.adobeconnect.com/_a1011975131/audiotest/

But in a real meeting, no one can hear us.

A test meeting is useless to test your setup, if it is not representative of an actual meeting.

Is there a way to setup a REAL test meeting where we can RELIABLY test the setup?

Debugging problems is impossible with your current test meeting.

We have a Ubuntu 16.04 system, running Chrome. USB webcam. Flash is 22.0.0.209.
No Skype running. BTW, skype works fine.

Thanks.

apv,

You may want to reach out to the Account manager. Looking at that room, I don't see what you can use to test your audio.

That said, you can use the audio setup wizard in the room you are using to verify the approprate mic is selcted for broadasting your audio. Make sure your microphone is plugged in prior to launching the meeting room.

The audio test room is something that Web Junction Illinois set up, not Adobe, so you may be best served talking with the staff there about how they are looking to have you set up your audio.
